How Do I Make a Return or get refund?

We want you to be Healthy and satisfied! If you are not completely satisfied with your wellness kit or herbal products, we will gladly accept returns after the purchase.

We try to ensure that the products delivered to you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that: the item may be damaged during transit or there might be a manufacturing defect or that a wrong item is delivered to you.

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost or refund the complete amount, provided that the request for replacement/return of the item is made within 2 days after delivery of the package. No returns or replacements will be allowed after the order is processed or the products are opened and used, except for the reasons given above.

To get a refund or replacement, email us at info@ayoome.com your Order Number, name and the Reason for replacement/refund along with the image of the box and items inside. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

How Long Will It Take to Receive My Refund?

Refunds are issued to your credit card/account within 7 working day, as your return is processed. Credits may take one billing cycle to post to your account in case of credit card. We apologize for not being able to refund shipping costs.

How cancellation works?

In case if you like to cancel your order after making the payment, please send the e-mail before we have “completed” the order. We would not be able to cancel any order which is already processed. THPL (Ayoome.com) reserve the right to decide whether an order should be cancelled or not.

Cancellation by ayoome.com:

Ayoome reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for products or services that is listed at an incorrect price or for any other reason. This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or the payment has been received. 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If a non-delivery or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the User (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or recipient not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by THPL (Ayoome.com) for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.
